Our rates are INCLUSIVE calculated per PERSON and DAY: CHILDREN 5 years and under, bed & breakfast EUR 49,00 incl. half board DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION FEE: Room reservations may be finalised through a deposit in form of a bank credit transfer (account 00887311110 with the Hypobank Lech BLZ 58000 Swift-Code: HYPVAT2B / Iban: AT675800000887311110) to fix.

Rooms remain free until deposit has been received.

WITHDRAWL FROM ACCOMMODATION AGREEMENT
(According to the ordinance of Austrian Hotel Regulations):

• A cancellation fee will not be charged if notice is received at least 3 months before the designated arrival.
• The equivalent of 3 days room fee will be charged if cancellation is received within one month of arrival.
  
• If the guest does not make use of the reserved rooms and/or board services and no cancellation notice has been given the equivalent of the original booking will be charged.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The rooms will be made available for check-in beginning at 3:00pm. at 3:00pm.
Please arrange for check-out by 10:00am.
Rates apply on reservations of at least 3 days. Surcharge for reservations of less than 3 nights 10%.

Please note: because we observe a 6-day week is it necessary for us to close for one day.

The charge for the missing evening menu has already been calculated in the menus for the week and will not be reimbursed. Naturally we will be pleased to serve you a generous breakfast on this day.

ATTENTION: We do not accept ANY credit cards. .

Pets will be accepted only by prior agreement.
(EUR 22,00 per day without food, not permitted in the restaurant.)

Apart from the usual beginner, advanced and expert courses, Oberlech with its ski school also offers courses in snowboarding and paragliding. Also courses for children 4 years and older.

You are welcome to take advantage of our ski kindergarten for children of approx. 2.5 years of age and up, which you will find directly at the mountain station of the Lech-Oberlech cable car.

It is possible to reserve hotel garage parking in the Park Garage Mühle, Underground Parking Anger or directly in Oberlech (by the hotel).
